About the Center
King Cross Jankomir is located on an area of 110,000 m2 at the gates of Zagreb, along the main traffic routes towards Italy and Slovenia, and is the first modern shopping center in this area, opened in September 2002.
The entire concept of the project started from the idea that King Cross should become a shopping center with a typology of modern innovative sales and services. Its dimensions, modern structural system and business operations make it a top-notch modern complex. Nothing was left to chance, but a huge design effort was invested in designing a simple and pleasant use for visitors.
King Cross is one of the most pleasant places to shop, but also a place for hours of family vacation or meeting with friends.
A pleasant gallery through whose windows light penetrates during the day, it is illuminated by lamps in the evening, inviting visitors to walk through the corridors with shops offering a wide range of goods for every taste.

King Cross Jankomir shopping center is managed by SES Spar European Shopping Centers. The company currently operates 32 retail locations in Central, Southern, and Eastern Europe with a total leasable area (GLA) of over 866,000 square meters. With over 117 million visitors per year, partner tenants in SES shopping centers in 2024 achieved a total sales turnover of 3.54 billion Euros.
