As part of preparations for the traditional International Cartoon Exhibition “Zagreb 2023” to be held in Zagreb this fall, the Croatian Cartoonists’ Association, in collaboration with King Cross, organized a cartoon exhibition on the theme of “Pets”.

The cartoon exhibition on the theme of “Pets” was open to the public at King Cross from May 6 to 14, 2023, in the hallway on the north side of the center (entrance at the DM). Visitors could enjoy the variety of cartoons depicting pets in all shapes and sizes. Whether they are dogs, cats, birds, or other pets, the variety of cartoons will surely surprise you and refresh your view on this topic.

During the exhibition opening itself, on Saturday, May 6th, from 5 to 7 p.m., members of the Croatian Society of Caricaturists, specializing in portrait caricatures, created free quick-draw caricatures of visitors to the exhibition.*

If you were unable to get a caricature on the opening day of the exhibition, caricaturists from the Croatian Society of Caricaturists also came to King Cross for the opening of the “Vau Weekend” on Saturday, May 13th.

All art and pet lovers could get ideas, inspiration, or simply have a good time.

*The number of portraits of visitors created was limited
